Being a PR alum and living in the district I need to know if my first grader has a legitimate shot in playing on a football team with as many transfers that are in the starting lineup.  I played football with kids I grew up with in the early 2000s.  These kids are from more zip codes than central catholic.

I think you needed to start him playin flag football at age 3 or 4 like some of these ridiculous leagues do. Kids probably still in diapers playing an organized sport? Gotta love youth sports today.

Will neiderberger be able to attract more hoopers than the last two coaches at NA?  The roster has been down the past few years while the football guys seem to stay on the turf.

Should be interesting again. You know Aliquippa will still be good. I don't think as good as some of teams in recent years, but still good. I'm waiting to see if they have a running back emerge. I think Montour is a conference champ challenger. Lou Cerro told me his team is young, but if the young guys are as good as coaches think they are, then team will be good. West Allegheny should be OK. Now, do we have to take a look at New Castle? Opened some eyes with that shuout of Penn Hills.

I guess that means I should get my kid into other sports at PR.  I have already been told if you don't send your kid to run the show work outs I might as well not have him play.  Is this the state of high school sports today at every school or just PR?

I think Chartiers Valley will be a better team than people think. This new HC was at W&J which is a solid college program. There may be hope on Thoms Run Rd yet

I watched a highlight tape of spell from mckeesport.  He looks to be the total package.  Do they have talent around him?

Geez, Louise, is that kid good. I saw the highlights. He's for real. I had a respectable coach text me and say he might be the best running back he's ever seen from around here. Thing about him is he looked good physically before. I've seen pictures and videos of him this year. Looks like a man. Here's a question. He's committed to Penn State. Will be there in two years. Do you think he, Tikey Hayes and Quinton Martin will all stay at PSU?

New Castle opened lot of eyes with that win. Fred M. might be doing a really nice job there. But like last year, I think everyone wants to see what happens when they play the big boys of the Parkway.

Hi Mike.  NC is very talented and definitely improving from 2024.  Penn Hills seemed very out of sorts, seemed players were still getting up to speed on their assignments, formations, etc.  I think PH and NC will both improve greatly as the season continues.
