Well, they've blown out two opponents. Liam Tracey also has run for a lot of yards. Whatever he's done has worked so far, so why complain? Maybe it changes in close games. And did you ever think maybe where Dickerson goes, he is drawing maybe two defenders and opening things up for others. Let's be a little patient.

After watching the two games Jeremiah Hasley has played him, do you think he is overrated?

I only watched one - the Harrisburg game. He seemed OK for me. He has a good body. Moves fairly well. I'm not going to go on here and say a high school kid is overrated. Jeremiah has a lot of things going for him.

Hard to get a read yet on Beaver Falls being legit contender in 2A given their competition in first two games, would you agree?

Totally agree. Blackhawk apparently is pretty decent and we know Aliquippa is good. Should know more about Beaver Falls when they get into their own class. But I don't think any way they are as good as last year. Still, doesn't mean they couldn't win 2A. I don't think 2A is very deep with quality teams.

No idea about Nikko. As for Jalen, he never even started a game before this season and already had a number of big-time offers. Based on potential and size. We'll see yet what he does on field this year. One of the more crazy stories in WPIAL, though. Was a QB-safety at North Catholic two years ago. After putting on almost 100 pounds of weight in two years, he's now a lineman with D-1 offers - without ever starting a game on the line before this year. Crazy world of recruiting sometimes.
