Give me your top 5 gyms to catch a game over the years. Can be old or new or not in use anymore.

Well, you've got the newer gyms which are nice, but I like some that have history and might be a little older. I still love Beaver Falls. Walk into a horseshoe pit. Pictures of great players and teams line the walls above court. New Castle is still great to watch a game. As far as newer ones, it's tough to beat Peters Township's new gym.

What are some schools thinking when they build gyms? Certain schools just have no room or setup is terrible. Some schools have outgrown their gym (mars) but not sure why schools don’t do the peters route and built a really nice gym that can host other events

Well Bk, I agree with you and somewhat don't. First off, some of the new gyms that could really be nice are poorly designed. Like Montour. Who in the heck designed it where there is basically walls right underneath the basket. They don't even pull out the bottom bleachers on the benches side now. Terrible design. Bethel is great also but problems with big crowd because again, basically no room under the baskets. As far as why all schools don't build big gyms? Well, it costs a lot more money..

Beaver plays Norwin tomorrow we will see who is who and what is what with those two and then norwin plays Peters Thursday

I'm not saying Beaver is great, but you have to be somewhat impressed what their second-year coach has done with a program that was struggling. And Norwin vs. Peters will be interesting, for sure.
