No I can't. If I did it now, it might be totally different after tonight. Because Butler plays at Central and Penn Hills plays Woodland Hills. No use doing it now because it could change tonight. One of the most interesting things to see will be what happens to Canon-McMillan. If they win out, they will have one loss and tie Mt. Lebanon for a section title. But where do you seed Canon-Mac??? I think non-section schedules have to be looked at. Canon-Mac's wasn't very good, although they did beat Latrobe - even if it was opening weekend. But does Canon-Mac get one of the top three seeds??? Or do they go 4-5 with Mt. Lebanon.

No doubt. He certainly was. But I think people might put him more in the "Shooter" category. He was one of the best shooters ever in WPIAL, but in high school, he scored so many ways.

That's another tough one. I think you have to wait and see how this week goes. Maybe you want to keep Highlands and Franklin away from each other. So maybe you put Mars first, either Highlands or Franklin second, and Moon third (it doesn't matter that much who is 2 or 3). Put McKeesport 4 and either Highlands or Franklin 5.

Has any corporation stepped up to sponsor the televising of the WPIAL Championship games this year.  I heard Comcast bowed out because of cost.  It was one of the reason I jumped cable providers.  It would seem that it would be in UPMC wheelhouse especially with it being held at the Pete.

Honestly, to me Central Catholic is like probably 7 or 8 teams in WPIAL 6A. It wouldn't surprised me if Central made a run to the championship game, and it wouldn't surprise me if they lost in the quarterfinals. That can be said for a lot of teams in 6A. That's how even the field is. It lacks a dominant team, but that's OK. I don't remember the largest class having so many teams even.
