Looks like it's Bailey Falter for now but the lack of urgency they showed in attacking the back of the rotation this offseason suggests Dombrowski was being serious when he suggested Andrew Painter or Mick Abel would get a chance to take a rotation spot pretty early in the year

I've gotten variations of this question for a while and my general answer for most improved team is Texas

Underperforming is tricky. I'm not super bullish on the Red Sox but it doesn't seem like many people are. I still think the Cubs are more of an average team than a serious division contender
