At the same time, they're still clearly the fourth-best team in their division for me and while that's partially because three of the top 8-10 play in the NL East, it's also a reflection of them operating with limited financial flexibility both because of ownership spending constraints and rough deals last offseason for Soler and Avi García

Still moderately intrigued by Waters but the strikeouts are so big it's hard to project him as a long-term answer. I like Edward Olivares but he's more of a corner fit, never really been in on Isbel as a hitter

He's rehabbing from Tommy John surgery and signed a two-year, $8.5MM guarantee that's going to fall well outside the top 50 for the winter

He'd have been on there (arguably as high as the #2 reliever) if he were healthy, but he wasn't. We had some top 50 misses but that wasn't one of them

Yeah, rotation depth is the only real area of concern I have for them. Bullpen still isn't great but should be serviceable
