This week in my personal soap opera "AL Only 2C league": I added Garver last week when I thought Cal was hurt. Then when he looked fine on Sunday, I cut him for Romo. Now Garver is starting and has a homer. I have literally made a catcher move every week since Kirk went down, and I've been a week early each time. Does this mean I’m too smart—I’m seeing the trends before they happen—or too stupid—I’m giving up on guys too quickly?

What are your thoughts on having 3+ hitters from the same IRL team on a fantasy roster? I know it largely depends on IRL team context AND fantasy team context. I'm in a categories league and am strong in R, SB, and OBP, but very weak in HR and RBI. I have Baldwin and Acuna, but I'm weak at 1B and CF. I should be able to line up pretty well to trade with the teams that have Olson and Harris, who would both help the HR and RBI situation (I'm currently rocking Torkelson and Doyle). But would it be poor roster construction to add one or both of them? Baldwin is the #1 C, Olson is the #1 1B, Harris is #10 CF, and if Acuna comes back locked in he could very well end the season #1 overall.

Help me settle something! I’m in a 12 team rotisserie scoring keeper league and one of the mgrs offered Skubal to me for Acuna and a draft pick. I countered by asking if we could swap picks, meaning he’d get a higher round pick and I’d take one of his lower round picks. To my surprise, he balked and we didn’t even discuss rounds. Thoughts? To me, they’re close enough in value with one difference, Skubal is in a walk year and we don’t know where he’ll be.
