In terms of strategy: in a deep saves only league with a 3-man bench, would you rather roster a strong MR (Ferrer, Kevin Kelly, et al) or a bad closer comittee member (Zef, Perkins, et al.)?

Sitting with a team competing but lack of homers-steals-OB% bringing it down a bit. Do I deal either MOTO-C. Sanchez- C. Sale and try to bring (2) bats on board who can assist. Currently in 1st in all pitching categories. Have Kyle Harrison, Foster Griffin, Ben Brown, Wrobleski, Soroka and Cavalli doing the good work. I'm leaning towards MOTO with just (1) start per week cap.
