AL Only, OBP league. Trade Meidroth and Braden Montgomery for Yesavage and Bolte? I'm not desperate for pitching but could use a bump (Ginn and Cantillo are my worst arms and there is a start limit); losing 2 bats would mean relying on the likes of Jacob Gonzalez and Christian Moore, at least until Grisham comes back. Is it selling Montgomery too early? Is a decent bat more valuable than a more than decent arm in a very deep league?

I'm not doing it. Don't love it on paper anyway, but especially if you're not particularly desperate for pitching
the deeper the league, the more I tend to favor bats over arms

I lost Murikami, Rooker, DeLauter and Judge and just recently Gelof yet I'm staying afloat with Mead and Schmidt.  Not killing it but keeping in the race.  Any suggestions on some unsung targets that may be available on the waiver wire?

yikes brutal run of hurts
if boom or bust is your flavor, Noelvi Marte is only like 30% rostered
last week has been the bust version tho
1:04
sub-10% guys, I like Cooper Pratt and Blaze Jordan
Young Blud

Can you rank these youngsters: Christian Moore, Jacob Gonzalez, Kahlil Watson? (AL only, OBP league)
Nicklaus Gaut

Gonzalez > Moore > Watson

Giants send Matt Chapman to Phillies in exchange for Aaron Nola. Who says no?

Stop trying to bait their respective fanbases into an all-out city war

Is Jake Bennett more of an Elizabeth or a Lydia? Do you think he can sustain some MLB success?
Nicklaus Gaut
1:11
You might want him to be an Elizabath
but that's a Lydia all the way

What's the chances of Ryan Sloan being in the majors this year?  Traded for a bat?  Thanks
Nicklaus Gaut
1:12
talent says yes but I think it's unlikely
like 25%
be careful/slow with him speaks more to Seattle's general philosophy
Is Rogers back?
1:13
Trevor Rogers was great in his last start which was a tough matchup. Could he be on the upswing now?
Nicklaus Gaut
1:14
yeah, can't discount a great start against LAD
but it's also been a pretty good stretch
2.22 ERA (3.06 FIP) over his last four
I'm buying the upswing
Holding
1:15
Is it worth holding onto Jose Soriano? My other pitchers are doing well and I would like to have an additional streaming spot on my roster?
Nicklaus Gaut
1:15
I think you have to hold him barring an extreme roster crunch

Who debuts 1st this year River R. or Roman?
Nicklaus Gaut
1:17
I'll say river but that's more about pessimism over Roman's health than it is optimism over the Dodgers actually calling him up soon (barring injuries)

Do you see Pivetta returning post AllStar break and what can we expect when he does return?
Nicklaus Gaut
1:19
I think early to mid-august is his most likely timeframe, but I'd bet more toward the latter
1:20
Assuming health, I assume we'll get (mostly) same ol' Pivetta
