I know we’ve talked about Austin Riley repeatedly here, but the weather is warm and his bat is still lukewarm at Best. How long a leash would you give him before considering to cut him as I would imagine he won’t get much on the trade market.

Is it time to pretty much ignore YTD number but concentrate on 60day values? April numbers do not reflect well now. Also, most sites have ROS values with very little updates to the values that generate the numbers (I refer to it as the special sauce) and just reflect their original projections using just prorated PA/AB/IP values with minimal tweaking. It seems to me that just ZiPS and Steamer actually provide extensive updated numbers. Their sauce that gets stirred have actual updated data (for better or worse). ROS wRC+ clearly shows this for players like Salvador Perez and Corey Seager. My nerdy league looks beyond those basic numbers.

I would also check out the ATC (DC) ROS projections with the FanGraphs auction calculator. It uses updated ATC projections (which are a combo of historical and current rates)

he's a replacement(ish) level guy in regular leauges but I'd definitely take him at $10 in AL-only
