I recently joined a 20+ year h2h points league. This weirdo league starts all 9 offensive positions plus a DH and an a Util, but only 3 SP's and 1 RP. League stats also both punish and reward pitchers hugely, so their scores are wildly volatile. I've tried to broach the subject of making things more even, but the old heads dont seem interested. How do I make the case?

Firstly, know that convincing an old league to change will be a super uphill battle, regardless of logic

Calculate scoring from the last few years, preferably with dollar values, rank them, and then highlight all of the ridiculous discrepancies you can find
