To them, yes. He was a mid first-rounder just a few months back. Cozart's of little value to a non-contending team, so why tie up a roster spot for a guy whose career has gone to hell since 2018?

Doubt it. I don't think Voit's teeming with trade value, and he's still the most proven 1B the Yankees have. Ford and Andujar post-injury are wild cards. LeMahieu works there, but he's NYY's top option at 2B right now.
