Hey. We'll get going in a minute...
Doug
6:12
Could Brandon Marsh work as the centerpiece from the Angels for Jon Gray?
Connor Byrne
6:12
I would say so.
Steve
6:12
What will the starting rotation for the yankees look like?
Connor Byrne
6:12
Cole-Severino-Paxton-Tanaka-Happ/Montgomery.
Tyler
6:13
Was signing King Felix a good move by the Braves?
Connor Byrne
6:13
Yes. There's no real risk on the team's part.

6:14
will the rangers land any more big name free agents?
Connor Byrne
6:14
Possibly Castellanos. He and Ozuna are kind of the only "big names" left.

6:15
Do you think the padres will add a big bat before spring training?
Connor Byrne
6:15
Is Starling Marte "a big bat"? He's pretty much the only one they've been connected to.
Trent
6:16
Will the Red Sox shed some salary prior to pitchers/catchers?
Connor Byrne
6:17
Trading David Price and/or Jackie Bradley Jr. seem to be the most realistic routes, but there haven't been any rumors regarding either lately. Seems Mookie Betts will stay put for the time being.
Brandon
6:18
Which team without a manager is most in trouble
Connor Byrne
6:18
The Mets, I guess, because I think the other two teams (HOU, BOS) are more talented and have better ownership
John
6:19
Is Buck a favorite for any openings?
Connor Byrne
6:19
Doesn't seem like it, but I'd hire him or Dusty in a second.
Atlanta 3b
6:20
Am I in house?
Connor Byrne
6:21
Camargo or Riley are the front-runners for the job, as the Braves reportedly aren't likely to trade for Arenado or Bryant. Free agency's pretty empty at this point.
Hensley Meulens
6:21
Do I get either of the jobs I've been connected to?
Connor Byrne
6:22
That would be nice. It continues to baffle me that Meulens hasn't gotten a managerial job yet.
Dodger skeptic
6:22
What reason do I have to think the Dodgers will do anything at the deadline after last years? And after this offseason?
Connor Byrne
6:23
Well, they did get Yu Darvish and Manny Machado at recent trade deadlines. Pres. Andrew Friedman has shown he's willing to make a big move if the situation warrants it.
BlueJayMatt
6:23
Does anybody want to trade for Ken Giles?
Connor Byrne
6:24
Sure, but maybe the Blue Jays aren't willing to give him up. They seem to be making an effort to compete, evidenced by their offseason moves.

6:25
Are the Rangers waiting for the Bryant hearing announcement before signing Castellanos?
Connor Byrne
6:25
I'm not seeing the connection.
PiratesFan
6:27
How long until I can enjoy baseball again?
Connor Byrne
6:27
Probably 2-3 years at the earliest.
Cardinals Fan
6:27
I think Castellanos is by far the best free-agent left out there, I think he is really good and is just hitting his prime, who do you think he'll go to?
Connor Byrne
6:28
I think I said White Sox to begin the offseason. Texas is my guess now, though.

Gabe Kapler swishes ice cream around in his mouth and spits it out without swallowing
Connor Byrne
6:29
He apparently also peels all the skin off his chicken McNuggets before eating them. That said, he's brave for eating McDonald's in the first place.
Sieve Adams
6:30
No Puig talk lately. Does he get an everyday job? Over/under $6m? If I was a bad team (Tigers, Royals, I would offer him CF and see what happens.
Connor Byrne
6:31
He should get an everyday job, and it'll likely be with a non-contender at this rate. The teams you mentioned make some degree of sense. "Hey, we're terrible, but here's Yasiel Puig. Buy some tickets!"
DisappointedAstrosFan
6:31
Where does Colin McHugh end up? Haven't heard anything about him.
Connor Byrne
6:31
Neither have I, but he's a pretty intriguing buy-low candidate.
Jim
6:32
Who are likely starting pitchers do you think the Orioles sign?
Connor Byrne
6:32
Without looking at the free agent list, Taijuan Walker comes to mind. Maybe an Andrew Cashner reunion?
Dodgers Nation

If he is healthy, do you think alex wood can be the best value signing of the offseason?
