As a Nats fans, should I be angry if the Nats sign a 34 year old Donaldson to a 4 year $90-100M deal rather than spend 7 year/$245M to a 30 year old Rendon?

It's up to you. I don't think you'd be out of your mind to feel that way, given what Rendon meant to the franchise. Either way, you'd have a hell of a 3B.
