Perhaps. Similar age/contract (Bruce cheaper). Depends on scouting assessments, but could be part of same market for sure.

Walks are now accepted as a positive outcome for hitters. Why are they still a negative outcome for pitchers? Thinking Glasnow in the Minors... yes he averaged 4.5 BB/9, but only 5 H/9. Isn't that the same as 9 H/9 and 1 BB/9? Why the negative steriotype?

Not sure I follow exactly, but ... a walk is better for a pitcher than a hit. (No possibility of error, runners on don't get extra bases.) But high walks = free runners & suggest other problems (poor control or poor stuff).
