By all accounts Painter is the only totally untouchable prospect in Philly's farm system, give or take Crawford.  The AFL work was to get him some innings in a proper game environment after his long Tommy John layoff

I'm sure every team will offer Sasaki as much money as they have in their bonus pools, so for him it'll ultimately come down to fit and preference.

Remember, Sasaki is already comfortable with leaving a couple hundred million on the table in order to come to MLB early.  So he's going to make his decision based on, say, if one team has an extra $200K to offer than another

Corbin turns 36 in July, and it has been several years since he's been an effective MLB pitcher.  There hasn't been any apparent buzz that he might retire, so until such word emerges, I'd expect he'd try to land with another team on what would surely be a minor league contract.

It could be that Corbin hopes he can reinvent himself with a change of scenery, or maybe a move to relief pitching.

Such a move might address multiple needs for the Bucs.  They'd get a first baseman, and open up the outfield for better defense and another big bat

The fact that Reynolds did some workouts at 1B last year probably indicates that he's open to it, and it would be a creative way for the Pirates to shuffle things around in the lineup
