I'll say this for the third straight chat: I regard the she single deadline on July 31 as a mistake. MLB either should've kept it as is or put the deadline in the first 2-3 weeks of August.

Bo Bichette is starting off pretty hot. With vladdy,bo, Biggio Gurriel jr core the jays will need pitching. With drafting high doesn’t it make sense to be active in pitching free agency with no loss of draft pick. The jays can spend . They will have big financial flexibility moving forward

Aren't all free agent-to be's on non-contenders candidates to be DFA'd now they are untradeable? In theory rebuilding teams should be playing prospects not guys who arent going to be there next year.
