I actually think Hubbard is a bit of a sleeper. Not real shifty or good at breaking tackles, but solid vision and speed. It's a decent backup plan, at least.

I get that, but I believe that you have to evaluate the player and the process that led you to him, not necessarily the philosophy. Would say the same about those who insist the Steelers can't draft a good cornerback.

I thought Connor had a chance, but maybe injuries changed his trajectory. The other two "mid-round" choices on running back were out of the main stream. Snell and McFarland seemed small for the rolls they had to fill.
