I can’t wait for Ebron and Washington to be off this team.  We need to restock the trenches in the draft, but we also need another WR or two.   We have a big stable of B- receivers.

I think you have seen all you need to see from Mason Rudolph.  The opportunity avails itself to show the front office he has what it takes for next year.  And he for the most part has failed to impress.

The Steelers have plenty of information on Rudolf now.  Doesn't look like a starter.  Agree with the other post...career backup.

Wide receivers weren’t getting open for Ben either.  Same as now.  What do we have a WR coach for?  Canada is culpable here too.  No imagination in his pass play calling.

Rudolph took first team snaps Wednesday and Thursday.  BR didn't practice until Friday

He split reps with Haskins. He didn't take reps as a starter would. The plan was for Ben to start and the game plan was put together with that in mind

^What crap. He is 1-1 in the SB, just like Cowher was. He inherited an 8-8 team and won the SB with it.  No coach comes remotely close to his W-L record over his era. He is an absolute lock for the HOF. Heck, Cowher is in the HOF and he had multiple 6-10 seasons and did not even want to draft Ben.

I am going to have to disagree with you to a slight extent.  There are plenty of instances where backup comes into a gameday due to injury and acquits themselves quite well.
