The Bengals had high draft picks for years, and one can see the results on the field. None of it came together though until they got Burrow, which is a lesson for the Steelers future.

The draft is built so the losing teams get to draft the better talent. The Steelers have been blessed to beat the system for a long time. The Bengals and Browns finally started drafting better players. Simple as that.
