Paul, even if it’s lack of talent as #1 problem, Tomlin participates EQUALLY in the selection of draft picks. He has great say with Colbert in selecting free agents and making any trades. Colbert is not on an island. Combine that with his subpar game planning,  clock management etc and it’s long past time for him to go
