Zeise, do you think it's too strict to negate a completion if the receiver has control, then the ball barely touches the ground and jostles? Should the rule be changed?  I dunno, seems like it's too much. But I don't know how to adjudicate the gray areas.

I hate video review, I have said that. It should be 15-20 seconds tops and if you can't tell in that time it should be upheld. That being said - if they are gonna look at it for 5 minutes they could at least get it right and that one they got right
