For those who call Tomlin a good coach, please identify his skills. I see poor clock management, lack of control of his players, consistently underwhelming game planning and complete squandering of enormous talent during the years when the Steelers should have been a legitimate Super Bowl contender.

You can’t field a competitive team if about 5 guys make 50% of the money. The next  best players will ( and have) signed elsewhere. So, with the attrition of injuries, late in the season, we are starting guys that shouldn’t even be in the league
