For those clamoring for change just look at teams like the Jets, Jags, Lions, Falcons, Texans and others who have had multiple coaches over the years with no success. Tomlin is a good coach. Can he improve in some areas? Certainly! However the issue with this team is an aging QB, an inexperienced line, and lack of talent in some key positions.

Tomlin has no clue.  He's continually out coached by better coaches in the league, fails in preparing his teams properly.  Allows his players to act stupidly, has no time management skills, and whatever he's won, he won with Cowher's players.  What is it, one playoff win in ten years?  Yeah, good coach.
