Dodgers most likely to spend big on their own guys. I think they will really push hard on a Bellinger extension as he's gonna make so much in arb that it benefits them to make the number even instead of having it balloon to 30m at the end like Betts

Dodgers have continually shown they'll pay good money to retain their guys. Turner, jansen, Kershaw, even hill.
