No way Jamo signs a team friendly deal, especially as a union rep.  And the Pirates don't pay the going rate.  I think he's under team control until 2022, assuming they are willing to pay his arb figures.  Anyone else that could get a deal done, or will the Pirates always look to replace market rate players with prospects?

Neverauskas is my horse. Dude gets hit hard as hell but he misses a lot of bats...has he made any changes this spring that you're privy to, or have any specific goals to work on? I'd like to see him try out a power sinker or a cutter.

The Houston Astros will fall off this year.  Cole gets traded to the Cards at the deadline.  The Pirates tie the Cards at 92 -70.  The Pirates win the coin toss.  It's Jamo vs. Cole for game 163 and the NL Central.   The Pirates win 1-0 on Josh Bell depositing one into the Allegheny.
