The way that the person drawed this is more than way over the top.That person could improve it by using brighter colors rather than just to keep using dull colors.

This is a really like intresting peace of pixel art! I really like the way they had done the background because they had used vibrent colours, also I like the way they've done it with the hill and the top of the hill. What I would improve are the face and the trees. The face because it is not all on the same line so I'll fix that up and the trees maybe making them a bit bigger because they are a little small. Overall it is a good peace of art!
