1) Inclined to start Falter there given his recent success (assuming PHI has a spot wrapped by then); HOU will likely pull some starters after an AB or two. 2) For this week? Yes, he's one I might take a shot on.

In a very tight race, how can I find out the  probable starting pitchers for Wednesday by Tuesday?
Brent Hershey
12:53
No inside tips; refreshing Twitter and/or news aggregator sites is the best advice I can offer.
Choices

In contention and Runs and (to a lesser extent) BA are in play in my 5x5 league. Today do I play RHB Cron (v. RHP Gonsolin @LAD, rating +1.9) or RHB Brian Anderson (v. RHP Elder @ MIA, rating -3.0)? What other factors do you consider?
Brent Hershey

So much noise in everything these past few days; I just try to make the soundest decisions. I'd probably go Cron,  as maybe Gonsolin still shaking off rust? These calls are hard.

Any interest in Luis Ortiz, Ryne Nelson, and/or Drew Jameson as 2023 stash targets in deep NL only?
Brent Hershey
12:56
Yep; interested in all three; I'd rank them in reverse order of what you have here

I just need some volume here as I am need of runs. Who should my play at MI be this week? Brandon Drury or Andres Gimenez?
Brent Hershey
12:57
Gimenez; better surrounding lineup

Brent; My first time posting, Just wanted to say thanks for a great season of advice. I'm in a keeper/dynasty league in which you can keep four players. I'm keeping Judge (of Course), but among pitchers, I have Anderson, LAD, Elder-Atl., Gausman, & Manoah, Tor.; Luzardo, Mia; & Ryan-Minn. Any suggestions, pls. Have a great winter!
Brent Hershey
12:59
Gausman and Manoah for sure; probably Luzardo as the #3 if you don't have other keeper hitters (but it would seem likely that you would have a keeper-worthy hitter).

Start Falter vs Astos in last game of year? Need wins. Concerned Asros may not rest regulars since they don't play until 10/11 and they have crushed lefties.

The counterpoint to a few questions above, for sure. Again, this time of year amplifies these decisions. Really depends on what team needs you have.

One more - Willey Adam's for real, keep over Kete?. I've had Marte for 4 years now and I'm meh towards him

Adames > Marte, yes ... though it's a BA hit.

12 Team, AL-Only 4x4 Keeper League.  Are any of these worth a pick up as a potential stash for next year and, if so, in what order (digging deep here)?   Yainer Diaz (C), Taj Bradley, Edouard Julien, Pedro Leon, Zach Gelof.
Brent Hershey
1:04
Diaz perhaps, Gelof will likely get a shot at some point given that it's OAK; Bradley looks ready but projecting TAM usage is tough. Good luck!

Well, well ... at the end! Thanks again for the super season; and hope the final trifecta of days treat you all well. Do check out BHQ's offseason tools; we've just opened up sales for the two books (Forecaster in December, Minor League Baseball Analyst in January). And if you're coming out to First Pitch Arizona, be sure to say hi! Thanks again...
