I don't know what I should think about pitcher velo right now. Hendriks is sitting like 2 mph slower than last year but also he had the weird layoff but also he was probably throwing during it. Weird year

Yeah but Trout R on R to Ohtani R on L is only like 17 points of wRC for a free runner for the away team.

Yeah it's not really like that though, I don't think. So much of Trout's value comes from walks. Like lots of the "good" outcomes for him are only as bad for the defense as a walk
