All of the option contracts were still fulfilled.  The brokers are responsible to make sure the transactions are completed... that's what he was referring to.  Some brokers might limit some trading in very rare circumstances, but Preston was referring to option contracts being executed

The Accumulation/Distribution is in the paper usually at the front of the B section. Usually around B3. We watch the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq.

I know Preston and Maggie use IBD for a lot of their info.  I'm having trouble finding all the info in IBD.  Please ask where to go to find the info they use i.e. Acc/Dis and stocks above their 200day MA.  Thank you.
