Steve Lata Sonics introduces himself and says, “I am the CEO of a company called Slide Shop. We are an e-commerce website that sell digital market assets. We are trying to disrupt the more traditional markets. As an expert in digital media, my background is in paid search and analytics."

Arron shares her background by saying, " I bought a one way ticket from UCLA. Right after college I came here in 2010 thinking I'd become an actress.I actually got a job as doing paid research and business development at a paid research agency.

Then it all came a full circle when I worked at a digital media agency only for Broadway. I worked on Frozen and Lion King.

Javier introduces himself by saying, " I am a brand studio director at Gensler. We are a firm that has 600k employees from 48 cities. What's interesting is we are working with 3,500 clients at any given time basically at every industry. I will be talking about trends.

First trend is the Advent of the automated driverless car. Second trends in co-working and the third is that retail is being redefined to become something about consumer experience. I was trying my hand at management consulting too though I come from a digital background. A non-traditional hire I know.

George describes his work by saying, "I have been with Bank of America for about 5 years. I am a communications Executive by title. My team is responsible for communications both interbally and media relations for the global risk organisation.

I have been in financial services for 20 years starting from marketing at City Group, JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and finally Bank of America.

Rashon Richards is the CEO and Co-Founder of Small but Mighty which has 50 employees in the US and Central Europe. Academic and company were focused on how emerging technologies can be used to support or amplify sitting in person but separated by distance.

The host again turns back to Steve and asks, "When we use the phrase digital media, how do you define that?"

Steve answers, " I think it is the buy side sell side paradigm. It fits well in the way I think about it. I am selling digital assets and so we tend to think of digital media. But we also have marketing teams to market our goods so I think that buy sells pretty soon.
