I have enough shares, lol. It's a TRUE buy-low, though. The best comp has been used a lot, but it's apt - look at Stras this time last year. If Harvey is battling through some health, he prob needs a 15-day'er to clear his head and get right but I still see potential excellence

I think in 14 tm, I'm still mostly starting him. Def home-only. Maybe skip random interleague v. BOS, BAL and those types. Also at COL. But otherwise, just use him
