Y'all, I don't mean to glib, but I really can't identify what you should be targeting for a particular player. Each market is vastly different and you're going to know your league best. I used to try to identify names and then I'd always get "well the guys in my league would never do him, him, or him"... so it's really hard to get specific
But you should pull a real arm for Story. He's a high quality fantasy SS

Just want to say Fulmer angers me. Stashed him early. Waited 4 starts ,and he couldn't make it out of the 5th inning, drop him . Then BAM!! Starts going off and was too low on WW to get him back. :( How many starts is reasonable to wait out these "prospects"??

I'm actually studying that exact thing rn. I think we might have to allow a grace period with these guys. The overwhelming majority will not be dominant right away but 3-4 bad ones to start doesn't mean they're 100% not ready, either. Manaea looked not-ready early on, but then really got it together and looks SO much sharper now
Fulmer actually *looked* better than his numbers early on, but I still worried he could get sent back out. Thankfully he didn't.
