Do you think the Steelers can do anything or try to do something to salvage the relationship with Troy before his induction into the HoF?  What would you do if you were Steelers Mgmt?
Zeise

I think they will. It may never be rosy but I bet Troy is all class throughout the entire process. That is who he is

The Patriots offered Chickallo a big contract and the Steelers matched it.  Big mistake?

What has he done that suggests he is anything above an average player? I mean he is what he is and has never improved. Id cut him

With the seemingly 180 degree turn back to running the football by the better teams in the NFL, especially at end of season and the playoffs, I think it maybe neccessary for the Steelers to draft a run stopping ILB to pair with 55 for the next 10 years since stopping the run consistently is this D's only "weakness". Second round pick would seem to be the most appropriate place to do it. What say you?

With Barron and Bince this cant be a priority position in the draft

I know it is difficult to make predictions, especially about the future but let's give it a try. Troy gets in this year - who is the next Steeler selected for HOF?

Are we assuming that Alan Faneca also gets in this year? Honestly, I would say Ben Roethlisberger as I dont think there are any others besides Antonio Brown and he is doing his best to torch his chances

Any chance Jake G is back for playoffs?
Zeise

It sounds like that is a long, long shot

Will the Steelers win a playoff game in the next 3 years?

Wow great question. I say no and here is why - there are too many teams with younger, better quarterbacks and teams like Tennessee that are built to be good for a long haul

Could this be the year that the Dukes finally get back in the NCAAs?

Yes, I do. They are tough, they have some depth, they are learning how to win a little bit more every game. They are really getting better. Wednsday they played a bad team, didnt play well and found a way to win. That is the mark of a good team.

OK everyone thanks for participating and thanks for the great questions. We will do it again next week
