How much does learning brand new terminology contribute to what we are seeing? It seems the playbook is limited (especially in No-Huddle) and people are not on the same page. Canada learned the Steelers language last year as QB coach. Couldnt he have implemented his offense while keeping most of the same terminology?

The terminology is not an issue, execution is. As for Ben, he didn’t need an audible - guys were open all over the field and he chose to dump to Harris

  1. Ben did not audible into the play, it was called from the sideline
  2. When Ben released the pass to Harris, there were no receivers within five yards of the end zone, or even open.  He had a still shot of the play to prove it.
