I'd say a good chance. Free agency is still another year away for Terry unless he abandons school altogether.
I've actually wondered if maybe they sign him and bring him into the lineup right away for the playoffs.

But they could probably flip him to a rebuilding club that thinks they can coax some of that potential out.

For how much longer is Ken Holland the GM of Detroit?  I read something (purely speculation, of course) about him being fired after this year, and then possibly being a fit in Vancouver?

Yeah, the Holland to Vancouver stuff is iffy at best.
But realistically, it looks like his time is about up in Detroit.
