Hey guys, welcome to another live chat.
For the few teams left, WOOOO Playoffs! For everyone else..WOOO EXPANSION DRAFT.
Ask away.

What is wrong with the Caps?
Gavin Lee
5:19
Now that is a big question.
There's nothing, really. They have size, skill, defense, experience, goaltending.
Solid coaching, pretty healthy
Swaggy P
5:19
Then why can't they win?
Gavin Lee
5:20
For some reason they just can't get past the Pens.
They outshot them by like 30 last night.
And outchanced them too.
Something about that team in the playoffs just doesn't work. But we all said that about the Sharks too, until last year when everything clicked.
5:21
Nashville hasn't had a run like this.
It might still happen for the Caps, but it doesn't look like it's this year.

Who is the highlight of the expansion draft?
In terms of best player-wise.
Gavin Lee
5:21
Well, nothing is set in stone yet as there will be a ton of movement to stop Vegas from getting certain guys.
5:22
But my personal favorites at the moment look like Phillip Grubauer, Brayden McNabb and maybe Matt Dumba.

I really like Ryan Spooner. I am a bruins fan. Do you think he will leave?
Gavin Lee
5:22
Unfortunately for you, yes.
I think they're going to move him out, but I'm not sure if it's the right choice.
5:23
I wrote today, that they have a lot of money invested up front and this summer should see another big contract for Pastrnak.
Spooner is getting pushed out even though he could still be a very effective player.
He just needs to figure out his game.

Looking back, who won the Weber/Subban trade?
Gavin Lee
5:23
I think it was clear from the very beginning that Nashville won
5:24
But, many will argue that point with me.

Can Kings unload one of Brown, Gabby to free up cap space?
Gavin Lee
5:24
I would've bet a buyout for Gaborik this summer, but now that he's hurt they can't.
5:25
That may be another case of a player sitting on LTIR all year, which would be a disappointing outcome for a former elite goal scorer.
Brown is a buyout candidate too, but if they weren't going to do it last year, I'm not sure they will this time.
It's a different management group, so anything is possible.

Now for the age-old question, do you like honey mustard?
Gavin Lee
5:26
I hate honey mustard with a passion.
Ballpark, yellow, even dijon if I have to.

What's next for the Sabres?
Gavin Lee
5:27
Next is hoping that the new GM and coach can figure out a way to get a talented roster to win some hockey games.
Eichel, O'Reilly, Reinhart, Kane etc etc should be enough to score goals.
Risto is a heck of a defenseman, but Kulikov should have played better for them this year.
