What are the odds that the Seattle franchise can build a winner anywhere near as quickly as Vegas did ... Vegas did a great job robbing teams during the expansion draft .... Will teams fall for it twice?

I don't think they'll get nearly as good right away, but there will still be teams offering up first round picks to protect their guys,.
Vegas could have had a huge head start on a built-from-the-ground-up team too if they hadn't had that success so fast.
