"People are so awkward around mental health issues and don't know how to address them. This is something we must work on," says Keya.

Sudarshan addresses a question and says that his passion is to enable social cohesion. We need to include all communities from the lowest level.

"I think, to summarise, we agree that all have to be more aware, and open and accepting," concludes Keya.

"A nation which forgets its history is bound to repeat it. We need to have a sense of history, and as youngsters we also need to wipe clean the mistakes of our past, and pave the way forward. This is our responsibility," Sudarshan says.

"What defines this country is India's animals, forests, and natural beauty. I invite you to come fall in love with India's natural environment," he adds.
"When you're moving into a new region, you should research not only good places to eat, but also the area's natural history and geography," says Arun.

"Democracies cannot happen without citizens' participation, so the least you could do is vote. It's a stepping stone towards being a leader," says Rachna.

"I am personally not in favour of NOTA," says Sudarshan. "You have to decide between A and B."
"People keep telling me [bureaucracy] is too much information for a common man. It's not. Why are we undermining our own intellect?" questions Arun.

"The government is having a dialogue with us. It's time consuming, it's hectic, but you have to participate," he adds passionately.
"It's not only about questioning a democracy, it's also about participating," says Arun.
"My vote mattered."

"I was the only person who was voting for this candidate in my booth," says Arun.
"Because we want to talk about voting, tell us about the first time you voted," Keya asks the panel.

Rachna talks about a 19-year-old with drive and passion in her office, whom she really admired.
"Would you like to tell us a story that stuck with you?" Keya asks Rachna.

Sudarshan tells an anecdote about an inspiring young man he met, who wanted to make a documentary about a 70-year-old man in a village that's not even on the map.

"Perspective can come from anywhere, regardless of how young or old a person is," agrees Keya.
"People who actually care, that's what keeps me going," says Arun.
He shares an anecdote of a young man who was distraught at the hypocrisy of the world, and now works for EFI.

"They make you accountable for what you have promised," says Arun.
"What have you learnt from the volunteers you work with?" Keya asks Arun.

He talks about how he took 3 young mock parliamentarians to the real parliament in Delhi.
Sudarshan is talking about the Youth Parliaments he does with young people.
Keya asks Sudarshan about the kind of work he does with young people in Chennai.

"I feel women empowerment and gender neutrality can go a long way towards development, and the discrimination starts from home - among the male and female family members. I wish that happens soon," says Rachna.
"Are there other causes you care deeply about?" Keys asks Rachna.

"If I can help even one or two people, that is the #PowerOf18," concludes Sudarshan.
"If you have to bring change, you have to be part of the system," Sudarshan.
"Stories fascinated me, so I came to ACJ to learn the rules," says Sudarshan.

"If you ask people to draw nature, they'll draw mountains, streams, and V-shaped birds. What was the last time you actually had all of that? I had all of that," says Arun.
"Being with animals, trekking up a hill, going to a pond, this is what fascinates me," says Arun.
