Ashish, I am not able to share the specific rate for each period, but I can tell you that we do usually admit at least a slightly higher rate of students for the early deadline, primarily due to there being less applications to consider at that time.

Ashish, I'm sorry, but I can't. We don't offer evaluation before someone submits an application. As I have mentioned, we usually take a holistic approach to the review, so CGPA is just one of many factors that are included in the review.

Linghao, yes, you must finish one application before you can begin another. Also, you can only apply to one PhD program.

Hi Faith, we don't have a transfer program for graduate students. You have to apply through the regular application, and then, if admitted, you would consult with the program to see if you can count up to 2 courses from your previous institution for credit at Penn.

Do you offer any kind of dual degrees with technical and management combined?

We do offer a combined degree with the Wharton school's MBA program. However, you do have to apply to both programs separately and be admitted separately.
