Gaurav, unfortunately it sounds like you may need to rework the entire thing. I always suggest practice reading it out lout. When doing this, you may be able to do a better job of editing out the parts that don't "flow" well. You can also look at the questions we suggest you answer on our FAQ and website, and see if those help.

I just joined the chat. I have sent the GRE and TOEFL to correct code 2888 but was not sure of the department, so sent them to computer science and others for MSE in DATS application. How would I get to know if my scores have reached or not ?

Nishant, that's fine. Once you submit your application, you can log into your "checklist," and it will tell you when your official scores are matched to your application.
