Buddy Johnson? Hard to say. He barely played. But they used a fourth-round choice on him. They have to see this summer if he can play.

Has the Steelers reputation as great WR drafters been blown up the last few years?
Ray Fittipaldo

It's taken a hit for sure.

Watching the games on Sunday, I was really impressed by the inside linebacker play.  Guys like Willie Gay (Chiefs) and Logan Wilson (Bengals) were not even first round picks.  They are impressive.  Have LB body size and are great tacklers, yet don't seem to be exposed in coverage.  Two questions:  1)  We gave up a 1, 2, and 3 for Bush.  Isn't this going to haunt us for years?  2) Why does it seem like no matter who we have at ILB, they are exposed in coverage and this doesn't seem to happen to other teams?  Is it just talent or also scheme?

I really like Logan Wilson. Gay is good too but he comes with some baggage. Bush needs to step up next season and play like a first-round pick.

There are rumours the Steelers really like Malik Willis. Do you see him as a legitimate target in the first round?

I don't think he'll be available when the Steelers choose in the second round so yes he'd be a target in Round 1. But he's not ready to start in the NFL. He needs a year or two to learn and grow as a player.

Good morning Ray! if it comes to 20 and it's Jordan Davis vs a top OL which way are you going?
Ray Fittipaldo

Great question. I'd be tempted to take Davis there. Would solve a lot of the issues they have with run defense. And as I've been saying you can probably get a starting OL in Round 2 or 3.

with or without Tuitt, we have an aging DL. When will we see them address this?
Ray Fittipaldo
10:57
Yes and I think in the first three rounds.
Say it isn't so....

Is what Cincy has  accomplished evidence of what a mobile QB can do behind a below average line?
Ray Fittipaldo
10:58
Absolutely. Like I said earlier, a great QB can cover up a lot of warts. And the Bengals have some warts on their O-line.

Ok that's all the time I have to today. Have to get back to Senior Bowl coverage. We'll chat again on Tuesday at our normal time.
