It will be Year 3 and I think they'll be looking for improvement. The pocket awareness is definitely something he can improve on.

Great use of the Salary Cap. Top notch moves by the Steelers. Wiesnieski will play his ass off now that he's back home, and Watt wiil give everything he has to live up to his brother's herculean efforts. Wormley will shine under Heywards leadership as the whole D-line does. Right now we already have all the pieces we need to be a contender, BUT, now hear me out, what if we trade Rudolph for a 5th round pick like we did Hobbs last year? Then trade our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round picks to buy back the pick we gave Miami last season for Minkah? They already have the 5th pick in the 1st round, so, they can spare it. We then trade that 1st round pick and our 5th round pick (we got for Rudolph remember) to Jacksonville in order to select Derrick Brown the NT out of Auburn. This is one Bad Mother F'er! His motor is like Watt's on crack. Our defense would be so dominant they would crush everyone else in the NFL. We could then dump Baby Huey (you know who I mean) to clear up the cap space to pay Brown his 1st rounder bonu

I usually don't publish or answer long questions, but dang, you put some thought into this. Won't happen, but I appreciate your efforts!

Hey Ray, do you have the same forebodings about Diontae Johnson working out with AB as one of your colleagues (and many fans, I bet)?
Ray Fittipaldo
2:46
If he thinks he'll get better by working out with Brown, what's the harm? Just so he doesn't act like him, right?

Do you know what the rugby player turned tight end (Williamson?) needs to improve on to be a useful part of the team?
Ray Fittipaldo

Running, catching, blocking...

Do you think the Steelers will take a DL in the draft?
Ray Fittipaldo
2:47
Maybe late, but Wormley filled a need so they don't have to draft one.

Could you see the Steelers selecting a safety who can play linebacker in sub packages. Seems that is a role they lack which may be available later in the draft
Ray Fittipaldo
2:48
Yes, but the good ones will be gone by the second or third round. In the fourth round or after you;re getting guys like Marcus Allen. Maybe they develop and maybe they don't.

Whats up , Ray no first for the steelers is a tag and trade for dupree on the table if not it should be your thoughts. Thanks
Ray Fittipaldo
2:49
They like Dupree and want him as part of their defense in 2020.

Was Barron's salary that much? Was it his salary or did the Steelers just want to replace him?
Ray Fittipaldo
2:49
They saved $5.3 million on the cap by cutting him, so yes, his salary was an issue.

I thought Ben was going to shave his beard once he could throw a football.  How is his recovery going?
Ray Fittipaldo
2:50
Seems like his recovery is going great, according to what Ben told Ron Cook over the weekend.

What's your thinking on trading Rudolph for a 5th rounder like we did Dobbs last year?
Ray Fittipaldo
2:51
And who is the backup? Hodges or Lynch? No thanks. I understand Rudolph struggled, but I think he is a capable backup and would be fine for a game or two.

Hi Ray, do L.C. Greenwood and/or Andy Russell ever get elected to HOF?  Thanks!
Ray Fittipaldo
2:52
Doesn't seem likely after the Hall of Fame just picked 10 seniors candidates and Greenwood and Russell were not among them. Donnie Shell was.
