It seems to be going pretty well. Shaun has been around since 2012. All those guys respect him. He's just in a different role. BJ Finney mentioned he has a little bit different coaching style than Munchak, but that's expected. As a coach you have to be true to yourself and coach naturally. He can't be Munchak. He has to be himself.

Do you think there is any chance Smith's move to FB is permanent? Really wanted to see what he could do at OLB or even ILB first. Is he even still getting reps on def? Splitting it will stunt his developement in my opinion

It's only OTAs. I would imagine by training camp they'll have a plan for where he'll see the majority of his time. I don't think they'd ask a rookie to take 50-50 reps on offense and defense.

Hard to say. I'm expecting a big jump from Ola, but Chickillo is entering the season as the top backup and I assume he'll get more snaps, at least early on in the season.

Lots of good trips this year. I really enjoy San Francisco. I like going to New York. This will be my first time to Arizona.

How do you think the TE position will work out? With Jessie James to Detroit who is No 2? Grimble or a future free agent?

McDonald seemed to think Grimble had the backup job locked down when he spoke to reporters last week. I think he has to have a strong camp, but he's obviously the top choice. No way they want to pick up a TE in camp and prepare him to be a backup on a few weeks notice.

Are u surprised that they hung on to Anthony Chickilo?  I don't see if value as an edge rusher what so ever...maybe is value is with special teams? what's your take on that situation?

They're thin at the position, and they can move on from him without much of a dead cap hit if they want after this season.

If I'm BJ Finney I'm finding out my worth on the open market and finding a team where I can be a starter. The Steelers had a chance to make him a starter this year, and they re-signed Ramon Foster instead.

Is going to a prom a stunt? I hope he stays like this. It's actually refreshing for an athlete to act in this manner. The NFL should market him to the masses.

If he wants to be a coach he should go coach in college for a decade or so before trying to coach in the NFL. That was part of the issue with Porter. He had never coached at any level before the Steelers hired him.

Moncrief will open the offense up.  Look at the QBs he has had to endure.  Not too bad when he had Luck throwing to him.  AB was way overrated, required insane volume and targets and forcing to him caused turnovers, thoughts?

We'll find out this fall. They might have force fed the ball to AB but he was crazy productive in his time here. He will be hard to replace.
