Miles Jack is a likely improvement over Schobert. Levi Wallace is likely a step down from Haden. Why should I believe the defense is good enough to win over 7.5 games? It feels they are going to get trucked in the run game again.

I don't think they have a problem letting him play the year without a new deal. They've done it plenty of other times with receivers over the years.

He's an established No. 1 receiver on this team. I am sure he respects the new guys, but he's not worried about them taking his spot. At least not this year.
