Welcome to my chat. Let's get it started a little early.

What is the status of Antonio Brown
Ray Fittipaldo
11:49
Game time decision. He's going to test it this evening before the game to see if he can go.

Do you think the  added speed  and ability to drop back in coverage from the Linebackers will help against the Patriots  short pass attack?
Ray Fittipaldo
11:54
Ah, looking ahead just like Tomlin I see. I think it could help some, but the biggest thing will be pressure, especially up the middle. Brady, like any QB, doesn't like to have pressure at his feet when he's stepping into to his throws. But honestly, they had better worry about the Bengals. They can lose this game

I think these next three games are fairly brutal. Where do you see Pittsburgh ending up in the playoff picture when all is said and done?
Ray Fittipaldo
11:55
No. 2 seed is what my gut is telling me.

Do you think this game tonight is actually bigger than one realizes?  Baltimore has a very easy schedule the rest of the way after next week.  If the Steelers lose tonight and then don't recover to beat Baltimore, then they'd have to beat New England just to win the division, since the Ravens would have control of the tiebreaker at 11-5.
Ray Fittipaldo
11:56
If they lose tonight then next week's game is huge. That's the I look at it. THey'd still control their fate by beating the Ravens and Pats at home but there would be no room for error.

Hi Ray and Thank you. So with no Haden for a couple more weeks and pretty much terrible play from our secondary lately, do you see Cam Sutton suiting up soon? Or is he just not ready?
Ray Fittipaldo
11:58
Not now unless there is an injury. BUt if Burns keeps having mental errors then maybe...

11:58
Hi Ray and thanks for the time! So do you think our Defense is better than what we've seen the past few weeks or is this what we have to accept as a Unit going forward the rest of the season? Thanks again
Ray Fittipaldo
11:59
They better hope it's just a temporary problem. Otherwise, they'll have a hard time winning in the playoffs. Can't give up big plays the way they have and expect to win.

Ray, what are the keys to tonight’s game? How are we going to come with a win tonight?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:00
Get back to playing good defense. Limit big plays and continue to play well in the red zone on offense.
Zach B
12:01
Hi Ray,  after watching the last 2 1/2 games w/out Haden back there we desperately need him back for the Patriots game to give us our best chance at a W. A healthy M Mitchell is needed as well. Do you see him back for that game? He sure looks okay walking around on it atleast
Ray Fittipaldo
12:02
I think Haden is a longshot to play in the Pats game. Shooting for late regular season or playoffs I think.

Who replaces Shazier if he can't go?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:03
Tyler Matakevich. But I think Shazier will play.

Hi Ray - will Mitchell and McDonald fully heal this year? Seems like they play a little and then are out, and repeat.
Ray Fittipaldo
12:05
Mitchell tried to play last week. Don't think he was happy with his game or how his ankle held up. Don't think he'll play tonight so best case scenario is for him to be ready at Baltimore. And I forgot McDonald was even on the team.

12:05
Hi Ray - the Bengals look like a threat at home tonight - will we see the Steelers team we saw against the Titans or the one we saw against the Bears tonight?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:09
If it's the Steelers team that showed up in Chicago they're in trouble. The Bengals are better than they were earlier in the season.
Sheff
12:09
If AB is out does that mean its the Lev Bell show, or will they try and get Juju and Bryant a lot of touches?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:10
Have to be able to run and pass. If the Bengals decide to take Bell away the Steelers have to be able to throw to JuJu and Bryant.
Bus Driver Johnson
12:11
This is shaping up as a critical game tonight. Any bump in the road sets a bad tone for the next two weeks (Ravens, Pats), especially with Baltimore finding its stride. What would you see as the key to getting a jump on Cinci tonight?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:12
A Martavis Bryant  kickoff return for a touchdown on the opening kickoff.
Moose
12:12
Bengals, Ravens, and Pats oh my.  If you had to put a percentage on it, what are the chances we lose all 3 of these games?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:12
20 percent.
Sloppy
12:12
Bigger threat:  Cincy or Balt game?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:13
The Bengals, especially if Antonio Brown does not play
Ike Steelheart
12:13
Hi Ray, Seahawks without their star CB and star safety, however they could do a good job vs The Eagles. Do you think The Steelers could do something similar?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:13
Sure, but they haven't showed they're capable of doing that the past three or four games.

12:13
Has the Front Office ruled out Haden playing against NE?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:14
Don't think they've ruled him out, no. But it's a long shot to play in that game.
Moose
12:14
The Pats have the Jets, Dolphins, Bills, and Steelers left on the schedule.  We have to win out for a #1 seed correct?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:15
No. The Steelers could lose tonight and still control their fate because they'd own the head to head tiebreaker vs. NE if they beat them at Heinz Field in 2 weeks, as long as they every other game in addition to that and assuming NE does too.

Here in Philly, these folks are certain an all PA Super Bowl.  Agree?
Ray Fittipaldo
12:15
That's what everyone thought in 2004, too. Not so sure Philly is the best team in the NFC after watching that game last night.
Ike Steelheart
12:16
I watched the Vikings and Seahawks yesterday, and they tackle very well, even The Saints do it good. So there is not really an excuse for the Steelers D to play and tackle better, agree?
