He is what he is. A nice special teams player and reserve ILB, if he makes the roster. The Steelers will be in trouble if he has to play regular defensive snaps.

Relate to T bone's question, with Tomlin saying he didn't have the right personnel to play man on defense, I feel the wrong scheme ZONE called by the coaching staff is being thrown on the players. When the Steelers rushed Brady in the playoff game only 4 times. Brady was ineffective. After 10 years don't you think the coaching staff should be willing to try something, anything different??

What do you mean only rushed him four times? The four-man rush was ineffective against him for the most part and the blitzes were ineffective too. He gashed them. End of story.

Cam Sutton could, but I don't know if he is supplanted in camp, Could come at midseason like last year with Burns getting the nod over Gay.

What is your assessment of TE, Xavier Gamble?  Does he have the potential to steal snaps from Jesse James, or will he serve as a solid backup?

Solid backup. Good receiving TE, but isn't a guy you want to play in-line, and Todd Haley likes his TEs to have some in-line ability.
