How many shoes should we bring with us
AvatarMolly
4:39
Depends how many you'd normally wear in a week! I will probably bring some trainers and some sandals (although I don't think the weather will be on my side for the sandals unfortunately!)

What is the enterprise challenge?
AvatarMeghan Clamp
4:42

Guest

What is showcase planning? Does that include us needing to do a presentation as a group?
AvatarMeghan Clamp
4:43
yes, this is dedicated time for you to prep and plan for your showcase presentation at the end of the week

With the dine and Bowl and the formal dinner - will it be buffet style or do we choose from a menu?
AvatarMolly
4:43
That one's a set menu, so no choice, but all dietary requirements have been catered for :)

AvatarMolly

Yep you can change if needed to either meet us at Bradford Interchange or Leeds Train Station, but you MUST email us to let us know before the end of the week please

Guest
4:48
Will you be emailing us with all these questions and answers?
AvatarMolly

No, but the link to this chat will stay open so you can still see the answers
Guest
4:49
How are we you split into flats?
AvatarMolly
4:50
I have used the preferences you stated on your choices form, so you should have one person that you know in your flat with you. As you are under 18, we are bound by the NSPCC and government guidelines that state our accommodation needs to be separated by gender, so male and female students will not be sharing accommodation. You'll get your own individual room which is just yours, and then you'll be free to socialise in the communal living space in the flat with other students.

are there washing machines?
AvatarMolly
4:50
No, you need to bring enough clothes for the full week
Guest
4:53
Are there hangers in wardrobes?
AvatarMolly
4:53
Not typically, no
Guest
4:53
when I filled in my form, I didn’t know anyone else going from my sixth form but do now, I’m just wondering whether you would have maybe looked at students from the same college/sixth form when allocating?
AvatarMolly
4:54
No, I just used your preferences I'm afraid. I wouldn't worry too much, as you don't spend a huge amount of time in flat groups during the week and can socialise with whoever you like
Guest
4:54
Will the flats have WiFi ?
AvatarMolly
4:54
We do have some short-term log-ons for you to connect to Wi-Fi at certain venues and times on campus, and the accommodation also has good 4G connection. You will not be able to connect to WiFi consistently throughout the week.
