We experience even 3 months waiting for our support requests in the Partner Program. What we can do to improve this?
How to see when products sent to ZFS are online? Our Brand Managers are checking daily if the products are on Zalando.
Can you add history of a case on the Partner Portal website? We can't keep track of ongoing conversation with the support.
Can you share how to provide proper feedback redarding missing toold on zDirect? :)

One thing that I struggle with in zDirect is the products that our brand no longer wishes to sell but their data blocks future products (i.e. colors) from being onboarded (PSERR_139). Will there ever be a way to request the archiving/removing of product data?

How to remove products that we are not selling anymore? Is it possible only through our middleware?

What would be useful to have with the Partner Care support is submitting requests via online portal and choosing category. You could provide us with templates at this stage or related articles on the side as we submit a request and wait for reply, after couple of days we receive a template therefore we experience a delay
