In Dynasty, would you rather keep Chandler for his upside or Bello who seems a bit safer....I think

Chandler, easy. Gotta play upside in dynasty, and Bubba has that in spades.

Do you think Jung (Texas) can reach his prospect upside or is he more a replacement value third baseman?

I think we need a season of full health to fully know. Injuries have taken their toll. I'm still holding out hope for an above-replacement level player.

NL-only 5x5. My pitching is decimated, but I could conceivably make up ground in K, W and ERA, and could lose ground in WHIP. My remaining SPs are Tong, Nola, Oviedo, Elder and Snell. Maybe Cabrera will come back for a last start.
I’m starting Snell, but am undecided on the others.
Alternative 1: Should I just roll the dice and play all of them in hopes that it will help in Ks and maybe Ws?

Alternative B: Or shall I bench them all (except Snell), and hope that with my relievers I gain a point in ERA and don’t lose ground in WHIP?  It’s conceivable I could make up enough ground on offense to put me over the top.

I'd probably roll the starters out there as you indicate there are several ways to make up ground ... where as if you sit back and go RP-heavy, sounds like you really only have a shot to gain in 1 category. But ...  anything can happen (goes both ways) here late. Tong has pedigree; Oviedo has pitched pretty well, Nola has the multi-year track record. I'd stay the course and hope for the best.

OK, crew, that's it ... for this week! Overwhelming poll results will bring me back next Monday at noon for the final chat of the regular season. Appreciate you all; always a great hour ... stay healthy and may your team all rock here in week 25! See ya next Monday!
